Overview

At Link Metal CNC, we are committed to providing high-quality CNC laser machines and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge.
  • If your order has already entered the processing or production stage, a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to cover processing and material costs.
  • Pre-sale / back-order items: Once payment is confirmed and the order is submitted to our factory, cancellation is not accepted during the waiting period.


After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is received (see Return Policy below).

Return Window

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted unless covered under warranty.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
  • Items must be unused or show only minimal handling consistent with inspection.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee (up to 20%) if items are returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@linkmetalcnc.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Do not ship items back without a confirmed RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.


⚠️ Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Link Metal CNC will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to buyer's remorse or other non-defect reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon inspection:


  • Please contact us at info@linkmetalcnc.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect.
  • We will offer one of the following resolutions based on the situation:
    • Replacement parts or components
    • Full product replacement
    • Partial or full refund


We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and documenting any visible damage before opening (see Shipping Policy).

Warranty

All Link Metal CNC machines and major components come with a limited warranty:

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or improper power supply


To file a warranty claim, please contact info@linkmetalcnc.com with your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Consumable parts (focusing lenses, nozzles, mirrors, belts, etc.)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Software licenses or digital downloads
  • Items returned without prior RMA authorization
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
