LinkMetal CNC Official After-sales Policy Notification
Service & Warranty Scope
- All customer support services and policies shall only apply to orders placed directly through our official website https://www.linkmetalcnc.com/.
- For products purchased from LinkMetal CNC stores on other shopping platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay), we will not be responsible for your order or provide any after-sales support. Please contact the corresponding platform store for relevant after-sales service.
Refund & Return Policy
General Rules
- This policy takes effect immediately upon the completion of your order.
- For laser accessories, we support a 30-day hassle-free return service after receipt.
- For laser machines and other high-value products (value ≥ $1000), we do not offer a 30-day unconditional return policy. Please confirm your purchase requirements carefully before placing an order.
- We will not accept any refund or exchange request beyond the time limit specified in this policy, except for special circumstances approved by our official team.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase from our official website is required to complete any return or refund process.
- Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer without prior official confirmation, as we will not be responsible for any lost items in this case.
- All refunds will only be processed after we confirm that the returned product is correct, intact, and in good condition. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the customer during the return process; please contact the corresponding logistics provider directly for such issues.
- Shipping Fee Rules:
- If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the return shipping fee, subject to the quotation of the express company you choose. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.
Refundable Situations & Detailed Rules
1. Order Not Yet Shipped
You can send an email to info@linkmetalcnc.com to cancel your order. This is the fastest way to get a full refund of your payment.
Important Reminder: Please do not submit a chargeback. A chargeback will significantly lengthen your refund processing time, and a portion of the handling fee (charged by your paying bank) will be deducted from your refund.
2. Order In Transit
You must send an email to info@linkmetalcnc.com to request package interception as soon as possible. You will receive a refund of the product purchase price, but you shall bear all related costs including interception fees, additional duties incurred, and return shipping costs.
3. Order Already Received
Laser Machine Rules
We do not support unconditional returns for laser machines (high-value products) without objective and valid reasons. Return requests for non-quality issues are subject to the following rules:
- Unopened package with valid e-invoice: You will receive a refund of the product purchase price, minus a 10% service fee. You shall bear all return shipping costs.
- Opened but unused package with valid e-invoice, complete original materials and packaging, and no damage: You will receive a refund of the product purchase price, minus a 20% service fee. You shall bear all return shipping costs.

Opened and used package with no visible wear or damage to the unit, within 30 days of shipment, with valid e-invoice, complete original packaging and materials (except Proofgrade Materials), and no damage: You will receive a refund of the product purchase price, minus a 50% service fee. You shall bear all return fees including return shipping costs and customs fees.
- Important Note: For used machines returned without quality issues, you must return the machine to our China tech support center for a full inspection. The refund will only be processed after our technicians confirm that all details of the machine are in normal condition.
- Opened package with product damage or functional failure: Please contact us directly with valid evidence. Our technicians will evaluate and provide a final solution. We will assist with repairs and bear all related fees for quality issues. We will not cover any additional fees incurred if you hire a third-party agency to repair the machine.
Laser Accessories Rules
Please read the product details and confirm all required parameters carefully before purchase. We do not accept returns due to personal misunderstanding of product parameters or functions.
- Unopened package within 30 days of shipment with original receipt: You will receive a refund of the product purchase price, minus a 15% service fee. You shall bear all return shipping costs.
- Opened package (used or unused) within 30 days of shipment with original receipt, complete original materials and packaging, and no damage: You will receive a refund of the product purchase price, minus a 20% service fee. You shall bear all return shipping costs.
- Opened package with product damage or functional failure: Please contact us directly with valid evidence. Our technicians will evaluate and provide a final judgment, and we will assist with repairs or resend new products for confirmed quality issues.
PS: The service fee percentages mentioned above are calculated based on the total price of the goods, including tax and freight.
Return Method
To return your product, please send an email to info@linkmetalcnc.com to apply for a return and obtain the official return shipping address. We will not accept returned products without prior application and confirmation.
We will update the tracking number of your return/exchange order via email, so you can keep track of the logistics status.

Refund Processing & Arrival Time
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund and send the relevant proof to you via email within 3-5 business days. All refunds are processed in US dollars.
The actual arrival time of the refund to your account depends on the processing efficiency of your paying bank. If you have not received the refund for a long time after we complete the refund process, please contact your paying bank directly for confirmation.
Important Reminder: Please contact us to process returns and refunds instead of opening a chargeback. Once a dispute is opened, your original payment will be frozen by the bank or PayPal (depending on your payment method), and we cannot process the refund to your account until the dispute is closed, which will significantly lengthen the refund cycle.
Non-refundable Situations
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; all discounted products are non-refundable.
- Pre-sale orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of payment, as the order has been submitted to our factory for production.
- Exchange of received products is not allowed under normal circumstances.
- Machines and accessories that are more than 30 days after shipment, or have been printed more than 50 times, are no longer eligible for return.
- Packages with visible wear or damage are not eligible for return.
- Separately purchased materials and filters (not included with the machine) cannot be returned or replaced, except for confirmed quality issues.

Exchange Policy
General Rules
- The exchange policy is valid from the date of receipt of the goods and ends 30 days after receipt.
- This exchange policy only applies to products purchased from our official website https://www.linkmetalcnc.com/.
Exchangeable Situations
If you find any manufacturing defect, malfunction, or missing parts after receiving your product, and a LinkMetal CNC technician confirms that the issue is covered by the warranty and cannot be repaired, you are eligible to request an exchange service.
Exchange Terms
- Within 7 days of receipt: You can request an exchange. LinkMetal CNC will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

More than 7 days after receipt: You can choose warranty service or paid exchange service:
- 7–15 days after receipt: You need to pay a 15% service fee and bear the return shipping costs.
- 15–30 days after receipt: You need to pay a 20% service fee and bear the return shipping costs.
Note: The service fee percentages mentioned above are calculated based on the total price of the goods. If the exchange product you request has a higher price than the original product, you need to pay the price difference.
Exchange Method
To request an exchange, please send an email to info@linkmetalcnc.com to state your situation and provide relevant evidence first. Please do not return the product directly without prior official confirmation, as we will not be responsible for any lost items in this case.
Exchange Processing Time
It usually takes 7–15 business days to process the exchange application. The transportation time depends on the delivery distance and logistics efficiency. If you need to pay relevant fees, we will ship the exchange product only after the payment is received in our account.
Non-exchangeable Situations
You cannot request an exchange service under any of the following circumstances:
- The product has been received for more than 30 days.
- The product was purchased from other third-party platforms.
- The returned product does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or is damaged due to improper use.
- The product is confirmed to be free of defects after professional testing by our technicians.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, including but not limited to:
- Improper handling;
- Use of the product not for its reasonably intended purpose;
- Improper plugging or unplugging of external devices;
- Drops or improper external impact;
- Exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc.;
- Damage caused by insect and rodent infestation or foreign object intrusion.
- Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, alteration, addition, or disassembly performed by agencies or personnel not authorized by LinkMetal CNC.
- Modification, alteration, or removal of the original identification information of the product or components.
- Damage caused by uncontrollable external events (fire, flood, strong wind, thunderstorm, etc.).
- The product is not sent back to LinkMetal CNC within 7 calendar days after we confirm the exchange request.
